PATH FOR AN INTROVERT TO BE AN EXTROVERT

 Introvert

       The word introvert is used to describe someone who tends to turn inward, meaning they focus more on internal thoughts, feelings, and moods rather than seeking out external stimulation.

     Extrovert

Extroverts are expressive, extroverted individuals who can successfully navigate social situations. Extroverts are friendly, vivacious, enthusiastic, aggressive, sociable, energized, communicative, and appealing.

Ambivert

      A person who possesses both extrovert and introvert traits.

 

6 ways to be an Extrovert

1. Fake It 'til You Make It-
Even if you do not see yourself becoming an extrovert, put yourself out there.
This implies that you should attend gatherings where there are larger groups of individuals.

 

2. Practice Smiling-
Smiling goes a long way for an introvert because it encourages people to approach them.

 

3. Be an Active Listener-Part of being an extrovert is caring about what others have to say. As an introvert, you are already good at showing interest in the conversations you have.



4. Stare at the mirror and practice- While looking at yourself in the mirror, package projecting your voice and use some non-verbals focusing on perfecting these skills he/she can help you to increase your confidence.


5. Try getting outside of your comfort zone- When you see a group of people talking, go to them and join the conversation.



6. Handling interpersonal relationships- When you see a person passing by, try to make eye contact and have small talk.
